Rafael began in real estate in 2017 after a long career with the US Navy where he served alongside the Marines as a US Navy Corpsman. Rafael earned the prestigious title of Chief Petty Officer.  Rafael continued to serve the community as a firefighter. He retired from Osceola County Fire Rescue as a Lieutenant.  Continuing the tradition of helping the community after a life long of public service, he sought out real estate. Under the mentorship of Vick, Rafael circled back to his roots in the military. Only this time he was helping them helping them relocate and find their new homes. Rafael quickly distinguished himself as a top producer, and is consistently on the company’s top 12 Olympians. Rafael first earned a Silver Top Producer award from ORRA, and more recently he has produced enough for the Diamond Top Producer award. Rafael became a Broker in 2022 with the goal of expanding the brand that helped him succeed. Olympus Executive Tampa is the start of the expansion. Rafael is part of the Military Relocation Professionals (MRP), also a member of the The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
